Ensure that you always have water available wherever you are. If you prefer cold water, keep it chilled in the fridge. In the event that you need water on the move make sure you have bottles to grab on your way out. Try to always have water at hand to encourage you to drink more water at the gym, work or during any other daily activities.
Keep it Cold
Most individuals prefer cold water over room temperature water. If your preference is cold water ensure that you make ice to cool water or freeze water in bottles to drink when desired. This will result in more water being consumed.
Select Water When Out
Whenever you are out to dinner try and drink water. Add a little taste to the water by adding lemon or lime or any fresh fruit to create a refreshing drink you will enjoy. Over time the cravings for your usual drinks will subside and you will begin to appreciate the value and taste of water.
