Upper body stations include a pull up bar, triceps dip station, overhead resistance bands, step wall and more. Lower body stations include a step platform for elevation, jumps and cardio, a squat rack, resistance bands for leg strength exercises and so much more.

For a powerful cardio challenge use the system as a vertical running wall.

This will not only improve your aerobic ability but strengthen grip and forearm strength.

For a midsection burn try the resisted rotation station.
